Surat : Students of G. D. Goenka International School, Surat visited the only Pulwama Martyrs memorial of the country, built by The Green Man Viral S. He said “We have made this Martyrs memorial and Indian Railway’s Martyrs Memorial Urban Forest for the coming generations to remember the sacrifice of the soldiers and to keep the passion of love for our country ignited. It is my belief that, our soldiers give various sacrifices for us, and we as citizen of India, it is our duty, that we stay loyal to our Country and ensure to make our country a better place for future generations to come”

The Principle of G. D. Goenka, Dr. Moupali Mitra appreciated Viral Desai’s efforts & added, “To ensure complete development of it’s students and to imbibe in them the feeling of Nationalism and responsibility towards the society and environment, this field trip was organized.”

Viral Desai has been known as the Green Man due to his constant efforts towards environment protection and sustainability. This was a unique moment when the future citizens got an opportunity to witness this vision and the wonderful effort put up by Viral Desai & his team of Hearts@Work Foundation at Udhana Railway Station.
