The EKAM World Peace Festival (EWPF) – Online Gathering Of 20 Million Peace Makers

September 14: Ekam World Peace Festival has been celebrated in over 100 countries for three years now with a single goal: To remind humanity of their innate ability to live at peace. This is the 4th annual year of the Peace Festival. The Bangalore chapter organised an ‘Ekam World peace festival Launch’ at Sanjay Nagar on September 7th 2021, that had attendees from across the garden city of Bengaluru meditating together for world peace through fostering human connection as well as inner-peace within themselves.

India’s renowned spiritual leaders and co-creators of Ekam, Sri Preethaji & Sri Krishnaji, shared their insights on the possibility of how every individual can reach deep into his/her soul and connect with the universal energy that unifies all beings across space and time, which is what they call “Ekam.”

The chief guests Dr. Nirmala C Yaligar, Assistant Director and Head of the program All India Radio Bengaluru, a poet and a writer and Mr. Rakshith Gowda, a Television Star from Bengaluru, were both present at the Launch event.

In her peace talk, Dr. Nirmala C Yaligar, a spontaneous speaker, said – “Today’s pandemic situation has pushed the world into even greater distress. As individuals, as families, as organisations, all of us are going through a lot of insecurity and anxiety at work. And hence what the world needs today is peace.”

She also added – “Ekam World Peace Festival is an extraordinary step towards bringing about World peace.” She inspired the attendees to live a life full of peace, love and connection and make sure we all play our part in creating a peaceful planet through the peace festival for all three days.
